• Send any special request before order confirmation.
• Once confirmed, your order moves into processing.

Pricing

TWSTD pieces are priced against global market rates for 999 fine silver and stainless steel.

• Prices may go up or down as material costs shift — that is the market, not us.
• The price you see today may not be the price tomorrow.
• The price you paid is locked the moment your order is confirmed. No adjustments after.

Cord Requests

Your selected cord is the cord prepared with your piece.

• Cord change requests must be sent before order confirmation.
• Requests made after confirmation are not guaranteed.
• We will confirm if the requested cord change is available.
