Some TWSTD pieces are made with 999 silver. Silver naturally reacts with air, moisture, sweat, and daily wear over time.

• Light tarnish is normal and can be cleaned or polished.
• Dry the piece after exposure.
• Store it well when not in use.
• Keep it away from direct perfume and harsh chemicals.

Jewelry Care

TWSTD pieces are built for daily wear. After water, sweat, or daily use, dry the piece gently with a soft cloth.

• Avoid leaving it wet for long periods.
• Store it dry when not worn.
• Protect the silver finish and cord condition.
• Handle adjustable parts gently.

Cleaning & Polishing

Cleaning and polishing are available by request only. The service fee is 300 EGP.

• The process takes 3–5 business days after the item is received.
• Shipping and handling arrangements are the customer’s responsibility.
